Important Note: We do not adopt to breeders.
No. 1 - Adoption Form
Fill out our adoption form, which is on this current page. If you are interested in a current litter, we will approve your form within 1-3 business days and let you know you've been approved through your preferred method of communication. If you are interested in a future litter, or a litter from a specific bunny, we will contact you letting you know you've been approved. From there, any further communication will wait until the litter you prefer is born. We will notify you once the litter is born, at which point they will be immediately ready for anyone to reserve.
No. 2 - Reservation Day!
Reserving your baby is the next step! To reserve a baby, a 50% (fifty percent) deposit of their total adoption fee is required. You can reserve a baby from the day it's born (but please keep in mind, genders are subject to change until the bunnies are four weeks old due to difficulty sexing before four weeks.) Reservations are first come, first serve. This means that the first person to place a deposit reserves that bunny, regardless of which person inquired first. This keeps communication issues to a minimum and allows for the smoothest reservation process.
No. 3 - Bunny Education and Q&A Session
Educating bunny owners, no matter how experienced they already are, is so important to us. Many bunnies around the world have gone into shelters or been neglected due to misinformation. Because of this, the next step in adoption is a 15-20 minute virtual or face-to-face meeting between us and the adoptee to discuss necessary information and give you the chance to ask as many questions as you need!
No. 4 - Official Adoption Day!
You've been waiting for this day to come when you can finally take your new best friend home! It's finally here and this is the last step to adoption. You may pick your bunny up from our location in West Knoxville, and have the chance to meet all the bunnies and see where your baby was raised. However, if you are further than 1.5 (one and a half) hours away, we are willing to meet you up to 45 minutes away from our location in West Knoxville. All our bunnies go home with a generous care package of timothy hay, transitional pellets, treats, our care guide and your bunny's birth certificate + your bunny's certificate of BUN completion. We are happy to provide pedigrees to pet homes once your bunny has been spayed or neutered - just provide veterinary proof of the spay/neuter and we will send the pedigree to you! Unfortunately, we cannot provide pedigrees to you before that time due to potential issues with accidental litters being resold under our name. We are more than happy to show you your bunny's pedigree and their parent's pedigrees at pickup or at your meet & greet!
